We will aim to provide the customer with the most competitive prices through a variety of finance organisations such as Nissan Finance, Lombard, Lex Vehicle partnership and fiat automotive finance service; just to name a few.

Contract Hire

Contract hire at the Chorley Group enables the business user to concentrate their efforts on what really matters to them rather than tying up cash and time in owning their vehicles. Whilst also avoiding the issues surrounding depreciating assets on the balance sheet.

Personal Contract Hire

Contract Purchase

Here at the Chorley Group we believe contract purchase to be the best method of companies owning their cars and commercial vehicles as assets; yet still avoiding the issues surrounding depreciation. The Main features of this include:

* The finance company guarantees the resale value of the vehicle upon completion of the contract purchase terms, with a guaranteed fixed valuation
* All maintenance and added value services the Chorley group offer can be included in the fixed monthly payments.
* Benefits similar to contract hire with regards to flexible terms and fixed payments.
* Ownership of the vehicles passes over to the customer upon completion of the contract purchase agreement.

Personal Contract Purchase

The Chorley Group offer personal contract purchase as conditional sale agreement where the customer has two options available at the end of their term. The customer can either choose to purchase the vehicle, or can simply hand the vehicle back. You can also decide to include the same extensive service, maintenance and repair packages that are available in a traditional contract purchase agreement. Finance payments are not subject to VAT, however if the optional service options are taken Vat is payable on the service costs.

Finance Lease

The Chorley Group offer finance lease as a tax efficient option of leasing where it is possible to choose to pay for the whole amount of the vehicle, including interest charges, through a pre agreed lease period. Alternatively, it is possible to opt to pay lower monthly rentals which shall then be followed by a final payment based on the predicted resale value of the vehicle in question. Usage parameters for the vehicle are agreed at the start of any contract with the Chorley Group, and providing these parameters are not exceeded monthly payments and interest rates shall be fixed for the duration of the agreement. It is possible at the conclusion of the agreement to continue to operate the vehicle under a "peppercorn agreement", however you will at no time take full ownership of the vehicle.

Lease Purchase

The Chorley Group can offer lease purchase as an agreement which is designed to offer total vehicle funding, enabling the customer to purchase the vehicle through monthly rentals. Lease purchase is purely a finance package, which therefore doesn't include maintenance or other added-value services you may receive with contract purchase. The agreement means that the customer is solely responsible for the full value of the vehicle and has no option at the end of the agreement to return the vehicle. Monthly payments such as this are not subject to VAT. The vehicle is registered in the name of the purchasing customer. In the case of the customer being a business, the vehicle will appear on the balance sheet and Tax writing down allowances will be available each year.
